David Ossip is Ceridian's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is the driving force behind the innovation, vision and leadership at Ceridian, one of the fastest growing Human Capital Management technology companies.
In 2012, Ceridian acquired Dayforce, a highly successful cloud company founded by David. As President of Ceridian Dayforce, David began the transformation and renewal of Ceridian with focus on the Dayforce HCM offering. In 2013, David became the CEO of Ceridian and in 2015, Ceridian’s Chairman. David was recently named as one of the top CEOs by Glassdoor, and Ceridian one of the Best Places to Work in 2016.
David also serves as Chairman of LifeWorks, an employee engagement company, offering an industry-first mobile Employee Engagement Platform, alongside wellness expertise to more than 15 million users in the US, Canada and the UK.
David previously founded Workbrain, where he served as CEO and President. During his tenure at Workbrain, David was recognized with many awards for his leadership, including being named twice to Canada’s Best 50 Managed Companies, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Arthur Kroeger College Award for Management, as well as a nationally awarded Special Citation for Technology Innovation.
He was most recently named a 2015 HRO Today Superstar Provider for demonstrating forward-thinking and transformative actions in the field of HR.
David holds a B.A. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Paul Elliott is Ceridian's President and Chief Operating Officer. He is accountable for Ceridian's operations worldwide including sales, services, customer support and information technology. Paul has more than twenty-five years of experience in a variety of senior financial and operational roles. He joined Ceridian Canada in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2009, Paul's responsibilities were expanded to include Chief Operating Officer of Ceridian Canada where he led the business for a period of sustained growth and award winning employee engagement. In 2013, Paul became Chief Operating Officer of Ceridian HCM. He was a key leader in the successful integration of the Dayforce business and was instrumental in consolidating North American operations.
Prior to working at Ceridian, Paul began his career at Ernst & Young. In subsequent roles he specialized in corporate development and CFO positions for technology based organizations.
Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He lives in Oakville, Ontario with his wife Christine and his three teenage sons.
Arthur Gitajn is Ceridian’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for the company’s global financial strategy, financial planning, and reporting and analysis, as well as tax, treasury, purchasing, and investor relations.
Arthur has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting and is a Sells award winning CPA. Prior to joining Ceridian in October 2016, he served in senior financial management positions at SAP in Canada and Europe. Arthur has also served as CFO of Workbrain and Intentia.
Arthur earned a M.S. in Accounting from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He also has an Institute of Corporate Directors designation from the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
As Chief Revenue Officer for Ceridian, Larry Dunivan is responsible for all customer-facing operations including Sales, Service, Support, Alliances and Customer Success. Aggressively focused on the cloud business and continued success with the award-winning Dayforce HCM, Larry drives the team to maximize opportunities and performance. His straightforward communication approach, commitment and extensive industry knowledge leads the team to get results.
Larry joined Ceridian in 2011 as Executive Vice President, Products and Technology and was instrumental in the transformation of Ceridian to a cloud-based company. Two years later, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales in North America.
Prior to Ceridian, Larry served as Senior Vice President of HCM Products at Lawson (now Infor) and had responsibility for product management and product development for human capital management solutions globally. He is a recognized HR industry influencer and held a variety of leadership positions with both Lawson and Cyborg Systems (now Accero).
Larry has undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Northwestern University and the J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
Lisa Sterling is the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer for Ceridian. Lisa's focus is executing the global people strategy combined with leading the vision on the Dayforce Talent Management offering. Lisa originally joined Ceridian in June 2015 as Vice President of Dayforce Talent Management, responsible for global product strategy for Talent technologies; managing relationships with industry experts and alliance partners; leading product management and positioning go to market strategies, and executing on current and future product offerings.
Lisa has over 17 years of experience in people, process and software design and execution. Her broad range of expertise covers recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and retention technologies. In addition to her focus on people and technology, Lisa serves as a thought leader to the market and to Ceridian's talent clientele.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Lisa ran the Talent Technology Solutions organization for Mercer. Previous to that, Lisa worked at Kenexa as a Partner and led the design and deployment efforts of the organization's performance, succession and career development solution. She was also instrumental in driving the product strategy of Ultimate Software's talent management offerings in her role as Head of People Engagement.
Lisa has a true passion for people and products and uses all available avenues to influence and promote new ways of bringing the two together in a way that drives business outcomes.
Lisa holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Kristina Cleary leads Ceridian's marketing efforts for Dayforce HCM, the award-winning, single application for human capital management, Global Solutions and Small Business Payroll. Previous to becoming CMO, Kristina was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Ceridian. Under her leadership, the team expanded sales pipeline growth through marketing activities by over 50 percent, year-over-year. During her tenure, Ceridian has been named a leader in both HCM and WFM by leading analyst firms, and has won numerous industry awards for both product innovation and corporate culture.
Kristina is experienced in marketing cloud companies to global markets. Dayforce, a highly successful cloud company, was acquired by Ceridian in 2012. Kristina was Vice President of Marketing at Dayforce where she successfully led the go-to-market strategy and execution including lead generation efforts in support of the company's business objectives.
Kristina was the Senior Director of Marketing at Workbrain where she was responsible for pipeline expansion to support the organization's rapid growth, leading to the sale of Workbrain to Infor in 2007. Prior to Workbrain, Kristina held consulting and marketing positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kristina holds a B.A. in International Business and Marketing from the University of Adelaide, South Australia.
As CIO, Warren is responsible for Ceridian's global information technology requirements. He leads the design, delivery and management of Ceridian's technology infrastructure. Warren supports and helps grow Ceridian's business with IT excellence to ensure compliance, protection and security for all data.
Warren's strategic initiatives prioritize performance, scalability and responsiveness for the company and customers focused on improved service delivery, self-service capabilities and agile business models for cloud solutions.
Warren was previously, co-founder and vice president of infrastructure and compliance at Dayforce. Prior to that, Warren was a co-founder of Workbrain, where he held several positions in senior management. With over 16 years of industry experience, Warren has been part of leadership at a variety of leading technology companies including GEAC, PSI Systems Inc. and Vericent, Inc.
Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from York University.
As CTO, Ozzie leads all Research and Development and Product Management functions at Ceridian. He is focused on best practices, excellence and innovation in product delivery. He has lead the design and development of Dayforce HCM, the award winning single application for human capital management.
Ozzie has extensive experience developing Human Capital Management applications coupled with deep analytical financial data applications. Prior to Ceridian, Ozzie was a founding member of Dayforce and Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Prior to Dayforce, Ozzie held a number of senior Research and Development positions at Infor, Workbrain, Sybase, Longview Solutions and Syndesis where he was responsible for the design and development of robust, highly scalable applications.
Ozzie holds an honors Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Scott Kitching is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian HCM, Inc., responsible for the management of all legal affairs for the company. Scott joined Ceridian over 10 years ago as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian's Canadian affiliate, Ceridian Canada Ltd., and was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ceridian HCM, Inc. in 2013.
In his role as General Counsel, Scott oversees a team of lawyers and legal staff, responsible for the negotiation of customer, third party supplier and vendor contracts, litigation management, intellectual property matters, corporate governance, compliance, employment law and all other legal areas. Scott also plays an active role in Ceridian's overall management and the business affairs and strategic direction of the company.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Scott practiced business law with one of Winnipeg's largest law firms, with an emphasis on sales and acquisitions, financing, insolvency / receivership and commercial leasing.
Scott was a sessional instructor in the area of Business Law for the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba for many years. He also served on the executive of the Business Law Subsection of the Manitoba Bar Association. He received his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1994, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1995.
As Executive Vice President, Implementation, Adrian is responsible for the operations, growth and strategy of the Implementation team. He has extensive industry experience building high-performing teams and uses proven cloud methodologies to achieve customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Ceridian in January 2014, Adrian spent ten years at Netsuite, where he was most recently the Vice President of Professional Services, managing the Retail, Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing verticals. While at NetSuite, Adrian was responsible for the successful completion of over 2,500 projects.
Previous to Netsuite, Adrian provided enterprise-level ERP consulting for strategic accounts for the Baan Company.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Western Ontario and a post-graduate AIT diploma from the Information Technology Institute.
As Senior Vice President Product Evangelism, Ted collaborates with senior leaders across the organization leading the development of content strategies that drive internal and external messaging, communications and mediums for all target audiences. As a thought leader, industry professional and product visionary, Ted oversees and presents our HCM technology and innovation stories worldwide.
Most recently, Ted was Co-founder of RelatedMatters, acquired by Ceridian in March 2015, named a 2014 Awesome New Startup and company poised to disrupt by Human Resources Executive Magazine.
Ted has over 20 years experience in technology and human capital management software. Ted was with Ultimate Software where he held a variety of management positions ranging from CIO to Technology Strategy, to Client Relationship Management. Prior to that, he was a CIO at Quiksilver and held a variety of technical sales and consulting positions at ADP and IBM. Ted enjoys making work life fun by working with great teams of people who are driven by achievement, not money; and excellence over status and title.
Ted holds a degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
