Ceridian Donations Request Form

Ceridian Canada focuses charitable efforts in areas that support the communities in which we work and live.

In order to be eligible to receive a corporate donation, your organization should provide services or support in one or more of the following three areas:

  • Well-being of Children & Youth
  • Health & Wellness
  • Safety, Shelter & Emergency

Please Note: In order to be considered for a donation, applicants must complete and submit the form below as Ceridian does not accept donation requests by telephone, fax, mail or email.
