What We Stand For
At Ceridian Canada, Corporate Social Responsibility is as simple as it sounds — it means that we account for all areas of business life and act in an ethical, responsible manner. We recognize the value of social responsibility and the importance of integrity as employees, as a business, and as members of our respective communities. We believe that organizations such as ours have a responsibility to go above and beyond minimum legal requirements, and to integrate socially responsible behaviour into our everyday practices.
Ceridian's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) portfolio is based on our core values, and includes current programs and planned future initiatives in two key areas:
