Learning & Development Professionals

Ceridian recognizes the value of a creative, effective and responsive education department, catering to the needs of both our employees and our customers.

Ceridian encourages employee professional development, and offers an enriching training environment that includes online learning, generous, annual education allowances, many informal learning opportunities, and internal proprietary training. Our client training department develops bilingual courses to support users of all types of Ceridian solutions, as well as essential payroll and HR theory and foundation.

Are you an experienced training professional committed to delivering high-quality educational programs in exciting and imaginative ways? Here are some of the qualifications Ceridian seeks when welcoming new trainers aboard:

  • You possess a thorough understanding of adult education policies and principles, derived from a combination of post-secondary education and experience. You also feel at ease delivering training using innovative tools and technology, for example, via webinar.
  • You have a thorough understanding of the payroll or HR industry.
  • You have an ability to learn new and sophisticated technology quickly, particularly Ceridian-specific solutions.
  • You have experience in identifying and developing plans to respond to skills shortages, curriculum building, and in creating interesting hands-on training programs.
  • You are a self-starter, able to deliver training sessions with confidence to large groups of people, an astute problem-solver, adaptable, and possess superior communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver training in both official languages would be an asset.
