Product Management manages all aspects of the product/service lifecycle including idea generation, feasibility, development, and deployment in collaboration with cross-functional groups within Ceridian.

- You possess a thorough understanding of the marketplace, from the unique needs of small business owners to the complex requirements of the enterprise segment.
- You are passionate about seeking the ‘Voice of Customers' to help you understand their needs in order to build/enhance differentiated products and services.
- You have expert knowledge of Product Management practices and techniques (including post-secondary education), from product lifecycle to end-of-life planning.
- You have an understanding of the payroll and HR industry.
- You have a working knowledge of basic accounting principles and have built business cases.
- You have experience in building project plans with milestones, metrics, and budgets.
- You are customer-focused, an astute problem-solver, adaptable, and possess superior communications skills.
- You are able to articulate market requirements to meet the needs of customers.
- You have superior influence and negotiation skills and have solid business acumen.
