Ceridian is committed to open, transparent, and two-way communications with all of its employees. We strive to reach employees, and encourage them to put forth creative ideas and feedback, to grow and improve the business. We accomplish this through a variety of channels, including:
- An on-line mail link to which employees can send queries and feedback for follow-up directly from the executives.
- The Annual Employee Summit which enables staff to hear from and interact with the president and their co-workers.
- HR-facilitated Focus Groups held across the country throughout the year. Management listens and takes action to drive improvement.
- Costbusters – a program created from employee suggestions, aimed at addressing ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency throughout the business.
- Quarterly e-newsletters that contain news & views for and by the employees.
- A Sharepoint site to allow access to information globally.
- Other ongoing video conferences, intranet, broadcast emails, etc.
This interaction and connectedness with our employees demonstrates how Ceridian's leadership is willing to listen and implement suggestions which contribute to a highly engaged and mutually supportive work environment.
