Seneca Payroll Student Hiring Program
Ceridian is excited to offer summer employment opportunities to Seneca College Accounting and Payroll program students!
The job: Begin with a dedicated training program that will help you learn about our products and services. Once you've completed this program you will join our teams and support our customers. You will answer "How to" questions, handle inquiries/problems or requests, proceed with customer profile amendments, process Change or Status requests, and assist with Payroll reruns. You will learn how to resolve calls upon first contact.
The skills you'll need: Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office suite, keyboarding, etc.) and as much of the following as possible:
- Experience providing over-the-phone service
- Basic payroll knowledge
- Experience in a call-centre environment
- Training in basic accounting
- A strong customer service perspective
- A great "willing to learn" attitude!
Spend your summer at Ceridian and earn while you learn: This program begins in May and runs until Labour Day. You will be required to work full-time hours.
In the future we hope that this partnership with Seneca will continue to grow and expand to include Co-op and Grad Hiring Programs.
