Core Coverage (employer-paid)
- Life Insurance – for the employee and dependents, plus optional additional life insurance is available to cover the employee and their spouse if desired.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) – based on salary, covers you on the job and off.
- Global Medical Insurance – provides emergency medical coverage while traveling on business or vacation.
- Short-term Disability Insurance (STD) – provides regular monthly income in the event you become totally disabled and unable to work for a short period of time due to illness or injury.
- Long-term Disability Insurance (LTD) – provides regular monthly income in the event you become totally disabled and unable to work for a prolonged period of time due to illness or injury (employee-paid, for tax reasons).
Flex Select Health & Dental Coverage (employer-paid)
- Health Coverage – includes prescription drugs, hospital care, paramedical practitioners, vision care, plus out-of-country travel. 5 different coverage options to choose from.
- Dental Coverage – includes routine, major and orthodontic care. 5 different coverage options to choose from.
Flex Select Health Spending Account (employer-paid)
You may have credits left over after selecting your Health and Dental coverage options. If so, these credits will be placed into your Health Spending Account where you can choose how to allocate them.
Your Health Spending Account is a versatile and innovative way to broaden the coverage your Flex benefits plan offers you and your family.
Adoption Benefit
The adoption of a child is an important family event. Ceridian will reimburse eligible employees for expenses up to a specific maximum amount.
