At Ceridian, hard work and exceptional achievements do not go unnoticed! Through a variety of reward and recognition programs we acknowledge individuals and teams for outstanding performance and accomplishments that contribute to business goals, values and success. The following are just some of the ways we like to show our appreciation:

Years of Service Program

Ceridian Canada recognizes and honours employees for achieving significant service anniversaries within the company. Employees who complete milestone anniversaries are able to select a gift from an online catalog.

Ceridian Champions Recognition Program

Ceridian's "Making Great Happen" Champions Recognition Program is a quarterly award program designed to recognize individuals and teams for sustained outstanding performance.

Peers nominate individuals who they feel have exceeded business unit goals and expectations. Nominations are assessed and winners are selected on a quarterly basis. In addition to receiving timely recognition for their accomplishments, all Ceridian Champions become eligible for selection as a President's Circle Award Winner.

President's Circle

Ceridian's annual President's Circle is a prestigious group of employees who have been recognized as top-performing people who have gone above and beyond their call of duty. As a reward, these employees earn a trip in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the success of Ceridian. In the past, the Circle winners and their guests have travelled to South Africa, Greece, Italy, Bermuda and Costa Rica.

Manager Recognition "Tool Kits"

Ceridian supports timely reward and recognition for deserving employees. Each manager has at their disposal a "Tool Kit" which contains reward pieces such as iPods, gift cards and certificates to restaurants, etc. When a manager sees desired performance, they are able to instantly reward the employee by selecting a gift from their Tool Kit.

Special Incentive Awards Program

This program assists managers to formally recognize the outstanding contributions of employees to the business success of Ceridian. Accomplishments must be above or apart from the regular assignment and job expectations, or be a result of an extraordinary and sustained level of performance.
