- Discuss your situation with your Customer Service Team. Most matters can be settled right away in this manner. If additional time is needed, you will be given a committed response time.
- If the Service Representative is unable to resolve your problem to your complete satisfaction, he/she will contact the Manager responsible for your account or you can ask to speak to one at any time.
