Ceridian’s Dayforce Workforce Management Goes Mobile
The first release of this innovative solution provides employees and managers with mobile device access to work schedules, time and attendance and much more
Markham, ON: October 24, 2011 — Ceridian Corporation, a leading provider of workforce management, human resource management, payroll, and benefits administration solutions, announced today the release of its mobile solution for Ceridian Dayforce, a new application providing users with mobile access to a variety of workforce management capabilities. The mobile solution for Ceridian Dayforce is designed to improve scheduling and time and attendance accuracy, boost productivity and increase employee engagement while ensuring the right employee is working at the right location. The Ceridian Dayforce mobile solution is available on the Google Android and Apple iOS platforms (including iPhone, iPad and iPod touch).

The Ceridian Dayforce mobile solution’s security, convenience and user defined role capabilities make it easy for all employees to have customized access to the parts of workforce management they most need. Employees using the new mobile solution can:
- Clock in and out for shifts (geo location validated)
- View schedules
- Manage time away from work, and
- Change personal availability
The mobile solution enables managers to:
- View daily attendance
- Access a list of employee names and contact information
- Review and approve requests for time away, and
- Track task requirements and completion status
The Ceridian Dayforce mobile solution can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Android Market. A brief video describing the new mobile application can also be viewed at www.ceridian.com/gomobile.
