Ceridian’s New LifeWorks.com Helps Companies Improve Productivity, Profitability
The new website is easier to navigate and provides employees with more direct access to important EAP, Work-Life and Wellness services.
Markham, ON: December 6, 2011 — Ceridian Corporation, a leading provider of human resource management, corporate health & wellness and employee assistance programs, announced today the launch of its completely redesigned website, LifeWorks.com, the online portal to Ceridian’s EAP, Work-Life, and Wellness services. These programs help companies increase productivity, improve employee retention and focus, and lower overall employment costs by providing employees with quick, easy access to tools, resources and support for everyday living. The new LifeWorks.com site has been designed to increase employee engagement in support services and to make it easier and faster for employees to find the resources they need.

The initial release for 85 customers, with a combined employee base of 1.1 million has been extremely well-received.
LifeWorks.com is used by employers to provide employees with customized access to critical information that helps them cope with the complexities of everyday living, and helps keep them working and productive. The new website provides:
- Valuable information and support on topics such as financial wellness, parenting, healthy behaviors and effectiveness at work.
- Easy and very visible access to telephone and email support from LifeWorks consultants, and the ability to schedule face-to-face sessions with local EAP counselors.
- Access to hundreds of articles and dozens of award-winning podcasts, multimedia training sessions, interactive self assessments, calculators, and toolkits. Employees can also order or download Ceridian’s helpful booklets and CD recordings from the site.
- Resource locators for child and elder care, summer camps and colleges.
- The ability to subscribe to Ceridian’s award-winning email newsletters, which are customized to employees’ needs and interests.
The next phase of the LifeWorks.com rollout will involve moving more than a thousand additional U.S. customers to the new site and expanding LifeWorks.com capability for Ceridian's UK and Canadian customers.
