- Integration of payroll with the company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
- A rigorous payroll process that would be well documented
- A single multinational solution that would manage payroll in both the U.S. and Canada
- Improved payroll consistency and accuracy. The company ultimately chose Ceridian as its new payroll partner in 2007.
