David Ossip is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Ceridian. He is the driving force behind the company's innovation, vision and transformation into one of the world's fastest growing global Human Capital Management technology companies.
David is also Chairman of LifeWorks, an employee engagement company, offering an industry-first mobile Employee Engagement Platform to more than 15 million users in the US, Canada and the UK.
Previously, David founded Dayforce, a highly successful cloud company, acquired by Ceridian in 2012, and Workbrain where he served as CEO and President. During his tenure at Workbrain, David was recognized with many awards for his leadership, including being named twice to Canada's Best 50 Managed Companies, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Arthur Kroeger College Award for Management, as well as a nationally awarded Special Citation for Technology Innovation. David was recently named one of the top CEOs by Glassdoor and Ceridian one of the Best Places to Work in 2016.

Paul Elliott is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Ceridian. He is accountable for Ceridian's operations worldwide including sales, services, customer support and information technology.
Paul joined Ceridian Canada in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer and shortly after added Chief Operating Officer of Ceridian Canada to his responsibilities, leading the business for a period of sustained growth and award-winning employee engagement. In 2013 he became Chief Operating Officer at Ceridian, playing a key leadership role in the successful integration of the Dayforce business and consolidating of North American operations. Paul began his career at Ernst & Young. Since then he has accumulated more than 25 years of experience in a variety of senior financial and operational roles, specializing in corporate development and CFO positions for technology based organizations.
Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Arthur Gitajn is Chief Financial Officer at Ceridian. He is responsible for the company's global financial strategy, financial planning, and reporting and analysis, as well as tax, treasury, purchasing, and investor relations.
Arthur has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting and is a Sells award winning CPA. Prior to joining Ceridian in October 2016, he served in senior financial management positions at SAP in Canada and Europe. Arthur has also served as CFO of Workbrain and Intentia.
Arthur earned a M.S. in Accounting from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He also has an Institute of Corporate Directors designation from the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
Larry Dunivan is the Chief Revenue Officer at Ceridian, responsible for all customer-facing operations including sales, service, support, alliances and customer success. Aggressively focused on the cloud business and continued success with the award-winning Dayforce HCM, Larry drives the team to maximize opportunities and performance.
Larry joined Ceridian in 2011 as Executive Vice President, Products and Technology and was instrumental in the transformation of Ceridian to a cloud-based company. Two years later, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales in North America. Prior to Ceridian, Larry served as Senior Vice President of HCM Products at Lawson (now Infor) and had responsibility for product management and product development for HCM solutions globally. He is a recognized HR industry influencer and held a variety of leadership positions over the course of his career.
Larry holds graduate degrees from the Northwestern University and the J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
Lisa Sterling is the Chief People Officer at Ceridian, focused on executing the organization's global people strategy combined with leading the vision on the Dayforce Talent Management offering.
Lisa joined Ceridian in June 2015 as Vice President of Dayforce Talent Management, responsible for global product strategy for Talent technologies. With over 17 years of experience in people, process and software design and execution, her broad range of expertise covers the entire people experience as well as talent management technology. Prior to Ceridian, Lisa ran the Talent Technology Solutions organization for Mercer. A recognized thought leader in the market and to Ceridian's clientele, Lisa has a true passion for people and products and uses all available avenues to influence and promote new ways of bringing the two together in a way that drives business outcomes.
Lisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Kristina Cleary is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ceridian. She leads the global marketing organization and is responsible for demand generation, market leadership and positioning, content marketing and events.
Prior to becoming CMO, Kristina was Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Under her leadership, the team expanded sales pipeline growth through marketing activities by over 50 percent, year-over-year. Previously she served as the Vice President of Marketing at Dayforce where she successfully led the go-to-market strategy and execution including lead generation efforts in support of the company's business objectives. Prior to Dayforce, Kristina held senior marketing positions at Workbrain and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Warren is the Chief Information Officer at Ceridian. He is responsible for the organization's global information technology requirements and leads the design, delivery and management of Ceridian's technology infrastructure. Additionally, he supports and helps grow Ceridian's business with IT excellence to ensure compliance, protection and security for all data. Warren's strategic initiatives prioritize performance, scalability and responsiveness for the company and customers focused on improved service delivery, self-service capabilities and agile business models for cloud solutions.
Warren was previously co-founder and vice president of infrastructure and compliance at Dayforce. Prior to that, Warren was a co-founder of Workbrain, where he held several positions in senior management. With over 16 years of industry experience, Warren has held leadership roles at a variety of leading technology companies.
Warren earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from York University.
As CTO, Ozzie leads all Research and Development and Product Management functions at Ceridian. He is focused on best practices, excellence and innovation in product delivery. He has lead the design and development of Dayforce HCM, the award winning single application for human capital management.
Ozzie has extensive experience developing Human Capital Management applications coupled with deep analytical financial data applications. Prior to Ceridian, Ozzie was a founding member of Dayforce and Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Prior to Dayforce, Ozzie held a number of senior Research and Development positions at Infor, Workbrain, Sybase, Longview Solutions and Syndesis where he was responsible for the design and development of robust, highly scalable applications.
Ozzie holds an honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Scott Kitching is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian HCM, Inc., responsible for the management of all legal affairs for the company. Scott joined Ceridian over 10 years ago as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Ceridian's Canadian affiliate, Ceridian Canada Ltd., and was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Ceridian HCM, Inc. in 2013.
In his role as General Counsel, Scott oversees a team of lawyers and legal staff, responsible for the negotiation of customer, third party supplier and vendor contracts, litigation management, intellectual property matters, corporate governance, compliance, employment law and all other legal areas. Scott also plays an active role in Ceridian's overall management and the business affairs and strategic direction of the company.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Scott practiced business law with one of Winnipeg's largest law firms, with an emphasis on sales and acquisitions, financing, insolvency / receivership and commercial leasing.
Scott was a sessional instructor in the area of Business Law for the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba for many years. He also served on the executive of the Business Law Subsection of the Manitoba Bar Association. He received his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1994, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1995.
Adrian is the Executive Vice President of Services at Ceridian, responsible for the operations, growth and strategy of the Implementation team. He has extensive industry experience building high-performing teams and uses proven cloud methodologies to achieve customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Ceridian in January 2014, Adrian spent ten years at Netsuite, where he was most recently the Vice President of Professional Services, managing the Retail, Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturing verticals.
Adrian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from the University of Western Ontario and a post-graduate AIT diploma from the Information Technology Institute.
Ted Malley is the Chief Customer Officer at Ceridian, responsible for the health and happiness of the organization's growing customer base through its XOXO Customer Success Program. He is additionally responsible for the Account Management and the Strategic Alliances teams focusing on building both Ceridian customer and partner relationships.
Previously, Ted was Senior Vice President of Product Evangelism and Customer Success, responsible for the successful integration of TeamRelate within Ceridian's award-winning, single application, Dayforce HCM. Prior to joining Ceridian, Ted co-founded RelatedMatters, acquired by Ceridian in March 2015. With over 25 years of experience in technology and human capital management software, Ted has held a variety of senior customer relationship, technology and project strategy positions.
Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Chris is the Executive Vice President of Customer Support at Ceridian, leading the team in servicing customers in HR, payroll, tax, managed services and Dayforce HCM. In this role, he incorporates innovative approaches to customer support backed by strong operational discipline to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Chris joined Ceridian in 2004, holding a number of commercial and operational leadership roles during his tenure. His experience with Ceridian has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the HCM marketplace and an accurate perspective on specific customer needs. Chris' involvement in building Ceridian's customer support team in the US has been instrumental in the overall success of the organization and its reputation for customer service excellence.
Chris holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
Jim Jensen is Senior Vice President of Global Partners & Alliances at Ceridian, responsible for leading the company's global partnership network and supports its expansion into new markets. He joined Ceridian in June 2016, and currently manages: advisory relations, software alliances, broker relations, master business agreements, private equity and channel partners.
Prior to Ceridian, Jim held senior technology alliance, CIO and software development positions at Ultimate Software. A seasoned executive with a strong background in financial management as well as business and software development and strategic planning, Jim has presented nationally at IHRM, APA, SHRM. He's also presented at Microsoft's Developer Conference and other technology conferences on topics such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Technology Trends, HR Technology and Corporate Branding, Company Culture and the Changing Workforce.
Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University and a B.A. from Clemson University.
Ross Tracey is the Managing Director at Dayforce Europe. He is responsible for Dayforce operations in Europe, including services and customer support.
Ross, who joined Ceridian in 2009, became Chief Technology Officer for Ceridian UK in 2011. In this role, he oversaw UK R&D, Implementation, and Information Technology and was accountable for bringing Dayforce to Ceridian’s UK customers.
Prior to joining Ceridian, Ross worked at Bluerock Consulting and KPMG where he provided technology consultancy to leading organizations in the financial services sector. He holds a BSC in Psychology and a post graduate diploma in Information Technology from City, University of London.
