Insights from Ceridian's 1st Annual Pulse of Talent Survey
Today's HR leaders are increasingly looking for tangible metrics to gauge the workforce — to identify gaps, uncover opportunities and demonstrate eective return on human capital. One–off measures won't do. There is a need to measure trends in key barometers over time — to regularly “take the pulse of talent”. And, data isn't good enough on its own; it must be actionable.
Stepping up to meet this challenge, Ceridian Canada has completed the inaugural Ceridian Pulse of Talent Survey, in conjunction with Harris Decima.
In this survey, a regular pulse check will be taken on 3 key measures: Perceived Job Security, Condence in Leadership and Career Satisfaction.
